With profound love and cherished memories, we celebrate the life of, a beautiful soul Jackueline Denise (Patterson) Lloyd.
Born on April 25, 1966 to Nezzie Lee Clark and late John L. Patterson.
She was a proud graduate of South Pike High School Class of 1984 and Copiah-Lincoln Community College where she obtained a degree in Culinary Arts. After completing her degree she worked many years offshore.
Jackueline’s greatest joy was found in caring for those she loved. She had a special gift for bringing people together through food. Any kitchen was a place of comfort, conversation, and unconditional love.
Jackueline lived life on her own terms—with a free spirit, a generous heart, and a love for family that knew no bounds. She embraced each day with warmth, laughter, and an independent spirit that drew people to her. Jackueline believed in enjoying life's simple pleasures and making every gathering meaningful.
Above all, Jackueline treasured her family.
Jackueline was preceded in death by her father, John L. Patterson, her maternal grandparents Theodore Jones and Geneva Dillon, and paternal grandparents John and Audrey Patterson.
She is survived by her loving mother, Nezzie Lee (Johnnie)Clark and her beloved children, Issekia (Kevin) Mallety and Haven Anderson, who were the center of her world. She was especially devoted to her precious grandson, Brayden Burns, her pride and joy whose presence brought immeasurable happiness to her life.
She is also lovingly remembered by her siblings, Lorenzo Patterson, Johnnie Patterson, Sabrina Austin, and Jennifer Williams; along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in remembering a woman who lived freely, loved deeply, and gave generously. Her laughter, her wisdom, her meals, and the love she shared will continue to nourish the hearts of those who knew her.
“If you see sunset, it’s me, smiling from behind it. If I go away far, and you see a star, If you find it, I’m inside it.”
